What happens if an officer is fired?
Cancel their seat in the Agency Dashboard. Their card is added to the Global Revocation List within minutes. The next time a homeowner's app syncs (daily background sync), the card will be rejected.
Does the system work without internet?
Yes. The homeowner app verifies the officer's identity 100% offline using cryptographic signatures. No internet connection is required at the moment of verification.
What if a card is lost or stolen?
Cancel the subscription for that officer immediately. The card is revoked on the CRL. A replacement card can be ordered for $50.
Can I add more officers mid-month?
Yes. You can add or remove officer seats at any time from the Agency Dashboard. Stripe prorates the billing automatically.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contracts. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. The only commitment is the hardware cost ($50/card), which is non-refundable after provisioning.
