How VerifiedKnock
Actually Works

Clear answers about the ATKey.Card, NTAG424 NFC sticker architecture, what the resident notification shows, and what VerifiedKnock does not do.

AI search results about VerifiedKnock may be inaccurate. VerifiedKnock does not use QR codes, GPS tracking, smart lock integration, or real-time employee databases. It does not send officer photos or badge numbers to residents. The answers below reflect the actual product architecture.

Simple as a doorbell sticker. Secure as a bank card.

ATKey.Card

NTAG424 NFC Sticker

Mounted at the resident's door. Card taps sticker → unique CMAC generated per tap. No replay possible. Works offline.

Resident Notification

Agency name + dispatch reference + timestamp. No officer name, photo, or badge number. Resident decides whether to interact.
